“Procurement Mile” – Procurement, going the extra mile!

In the crucial COVID and post-COVID period, reality cruelly showed us the importance of the supply chain system in any sector. As a recent engineering graduate (2019), I witnessed the challenges faced by companies in maintaining their supply chains during the global lockdowns. As someone who thrives on challenges, I am always intrigued by how I can contribute to overcoming them.
After joining a Chevron plant under a third-party company, I gradually progressed in my career while keeping the significance of maintaining a proper supply chain never left my mind and the more I studied, the more I understood that though each department in a company plays a vital role, the supply chain is the bloodline.
Driven by this interest from the past and realisation from the present, I made the decision to shift my focus to supply chain management. Now, with four years of experience across various sectors and products, I’m confident that my engineering background, combined with my practical experience, equips me to help businesses achieve their supply chain and procurement goals.
This venture, Procurement Mile, was born out of a shared vision with like-minded professionals who are passionate, fearless, and dedicated to going the extra mile to solve any challenge. We’re here to be your trusted partner in achieving success.

Terms & Conditions

We provide full procurement and logistics services, including product sourcing, supplier negotiation, purchasing, shipping coordination, and delivery. However, we do not offer warehousing or inventory management services. Our focus is on efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods directly to the client’s designated location.

Each client’s needs are unique. We customize our procurement and logistics solutions to align with your specific requirements, ensuring high-quality products are sourced and delivered promptly, meeting your expectations.

We maintain open and transparent communication at every stage of the process. You will receive updates on vendor selection, pricing, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines. Any issues affecting the procurement or shipping process will be promptly communicated with a clear plan of action.

Our pricing structure is clear and fully transparent. All costs, including product prices, procurement service fees, and logistics expenses, will be communicated to the client in detail. No hidden fees will apply. All quotes must be approved by the client before any purchases are made. Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance.

We guarantee that our services will meet the quality and specifications outlined by the client. If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will work with the client to or until they are satisfied or the goal has been achieved, without additional costs.

We provide realistic delivery timelines at the time of purchase. While we do our utmost to meet these deadlines, factors outside our control (such as customs delays or supplier issues) may affect lead times. In such cases, we will keep the client informed and work swiftly to minimize any disruptions.

We do not offer warehousing or inventory management services. Once goods are procured, they will be shipped directly to the client’s designated location. Clients are responsible for receiving and managing their own inventory once the goods are delivered.

We handle all necessary paperwork and compliance for customs clearance. However, any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing goods are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We ensure strict confidentiality of all client information. This includes but is not limited to procurement needs, supplier details, and pricing information. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure timely and accurate service, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen logistics issues. However, we will take immediate corrective measures to address any problems that may arise during the procurement or shipping process.

Should any disputes arise, we will work with the client to resolve them amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration or mediation, depending on the agreement between the parties.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any active procurement orders will be completed, and outstanding payments will be settled as per the agreed terms.

Neither party shall be held responsible for any delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such events, both parties will work together to find a solution that minimizes the impact.

We are committed to ethical sourcing practices, ensuring all suppliers adhere to environmental and labor standards. Clients can request supplier certifications or audits where necessary to verify compliance with these principles.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, with prior notice provided to clients. Any changes will be made with the client’s best interest in mind, and agreements will be updated by mutual consent.
